Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
Our individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs, providing a safe, confidential, and curious space to explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences for a variety of challenges. I am open to working with all different types of mental health struggles, the ones that I often provide services for or have most knowledge about are related to anxiety, depression, trauma/complex trauma, relationships, self-esteem, life transition, career, identity, systemic issues, OCD/ADHD, personality disorder(s), and dependence related to substance(s)/behavior(s).

Teens & Young Adults (14+)
Offering a secure, open and nonjudgmental space for young people to express their thoughts and emotions as they transition into significant developmental stages can be vital for this time of life. Our time will be committed to assisting teens and young adults in navigating challenges related to a variety of stessors regarding relationships, academics, peers, etc. With customized sessions, I aim to help them cultivate coping strategies, enhance their resilience, and normalize these challenges for emotional development and to supporttheir mental well-being. At the same, I do this while collaborating with caregivers to provide additional support and skills within their home.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy typically involves having a safe, supportive, respectuful, and honest space where all partners can express their feelings and concerns to each other. I'm there to help facilitate authentic yet effective conversation, identify underlying patterns between partners and teach new skills to help strengthen the relationship. Sessions may include discussions about intimacy, conflict resolution, and personal growth, potentially allowing couples to reconnect and strengthen their bond in all types of aspects. If all sides are willing, couples can gain insights into each other’s perspectives and develop healthier ways to relate to one another through guided exercises and conversations.

My Approach
I whole heartedly believe in a holistic approach to mental health, focusing on the balance of emotional well-being, phsycial health, spiritual health, sexual health, and personal growth which each category will be defined differently for everyone. My goal is to guide you towards what makes you feel like you are engaging in a fulfilling and noursihing life through the various types of approaches we explore. These approaches are meant to provide the tools that can help you support yourself through difficult moments inside and outside of our sessions.
