Pricing & Scheduling
Cost
For all services, my rate is $130 per hour if you are not covered by the following insurances: BlueCross/BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth which will all differ regarding their deductable.
Note: Unfortunetely, I do not offered sliding scale rates for clients if that is what you need at this time.
Availability
Below is my regular schedule which may adjust slightly some weeks. It does not include when I have clients scheduled so some times might not be available when you contact the practice as a heads up! I am located at both our Scottsdale and Glendale offices, but only certain days for each.

Schedule:
Monday: 12-6pm Scottsdale/Telehealth

Tuesday: 9:30am-12:30pm at Scottsdalee/Telehelath or
2pm-4pm only on Telehealth

Wednesday: 10am- 4pm only on Telehealth
​
Thursday: 11am-2pm at Scottsdale/Telehealth or
4pm-6pm only on Telehealth

Friday: 1-7pm at Glendale/Telehealth
