Telehealth Services

In person sessions are not viable or always a option as peoples life can just be rather busy, have multiple responsibilites, transportation is inaccessible, and more. Telehealth can be rather important for these reasons as it makes scheduling much more convenient and services accessible. That way, you can still get the services that you deserve while prioritizing both your well-being and time.

Telehealth has become increasingly popular in the mental health field as it allows services to be more convenient for people and provides the flexibility to make time for therapy. Through our Telehealth sessions, I aim to provide the same quality of care that I do in all my other services offered, but just on a screen! I offer all the services provided (Individual, Teens/Young Adults, and Couples) through Telehealth which can be read about more in each of those sections. Most often Telehealth does take a little bit more of time for us to build our trust and collaboration since we are not face-to-face, but can be just as effective and meaningful as in person over time. Additonally, all of my therapy styles can be easily implemented just as well through virtual services, along with any other techniques that we explore and that serve you best in our time together.
